Reflective Leadership: Organizational Ghosts in the Nursery and Reflective Practice for Organizational Well-Being

This presentation will build on the foundational concepts of reflective leadership for individual leaders to consider which IECMH core competencies might be embodied by organizations at large. The presentation will utilize the concepts of Ghosts in the Nursery and Good-Enough Parenting to create a dialogue about how leaders show up to create attachment styles in the workplace and how those relationships impact the well-being of the organization and its outcomes.
