Deepening Reflective Supervision
This 3-hour training provides an in-depth exploration of reflective supervision through the JUST Framework—Judicious Reflection, Understanding Perspective, Shared Dialogue, and Trust in Relationship. Participants will examine how language and relational dynamics influence supervision practices while ensuring sensitivity to different perspectives and fostering meaningful professional relationships.
Through a combination of interactive discussions, breakout activities, and reflective exercises, attendees will gain strategies to navigate complex supervision interactions with mindfulness and intentionality.
