SUMMARY:The Provision of Reflective Supervision and Consultation (3-part Workshop)
DESCRIPTION:This 15-hour course is offered in three live training sessions during a 3-month period of time. You will attend a 5-hour day of training once monthly for three months. The space offered between each training is intentional, and meant to allow time for reflection. The thoughts and ideas that come to you during our sessions are a product of your reflection during this process. \nYou will explore thoughts, sensations, feelings, emotions, actions and results as part of this process. You will be challenged to flex your thought and gain perspectives of those around you. Near the end of this series you will be provided opportunities to guide and facilitate your own practice reflective consultation session. At the completion of this course you will have received 15-hours on the provision of reflective supervision that meets the Infant Mental Health Endorsement (IMH-E®) requirement for reflective supervisors.\n
